I called and spoke with a “rather irritated and frustrated employee "Manager" Gesenia” Her frustrations stemmed from my request to speak with upper management regarding returning to the garage where there is limited parking for our company van to fill out the paperwork to file a claim. I requested other options and Gesenia told me that it was impossible as this is the way it is always done.
