We had a great experience with our home inspection from start to finish. Randy and Jeanette were professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and provided a detailed report with photos that was easy to understand. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy home inspector.

At first we thought we had a trustworthy home inspector when we used them in 2023. Quickly after moving in we realized the inspectors failed to report issues such as past water damage to a wooden foundation, visible mold in insulation in crawlspace, and gutters that are not pitched correctly. This company was recommended by our realtor so it’s possible they were looking out for the realtor’s bottom line.

We’ve bought a few houses while moving around the country, but I’ve never received as much helpful detail from a home inspector as we got from Rockbridge Inspections. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, answered questions that came up the week after the inspection. Good people.
