Rock Pointe Village Apartments

Management has a bad attitude, decent looking apartments, however everything is cheap for a very overpriced unit. Snow removal is awful. They don’t remove snow and then always message an excuse, leading to the snow freezing, however still request tenants to move their vehicles around so they can “plow”Tenants don’t grab packages half the time so the package room is a mess to find what you need. Maintenance is quick which is nice.

This property truly loves residents! They host many engaging resident events throughout the year. So if you love events/parties this place is for you. On another note, this property has great Nature views and a peaceful atmosphere. If you wanted to feel close to nature, Rock Pointe has that too!

We have lived here a year this past June. They had just finished our townhome the morning of the day we moved in. This complex wasn't even on our radar but we fell in love with the office staff. They have been top notch from the time we looked at a sample, picked out our building and new home, and even now. We are originally from the Chicago area and didn't know a soul out here. We were given suggestions for food, gasoline, and entertainment. The staff is just incredibly helpful with everything. One day Teri carried a bulky package to my car from the mailroom for me. Jody the office manager is a joy to deal with on any issues that have come up. It's so refreshing to come to a place where everything was brand new and I didn't have to call anyone out to fix anything within the first

I am in search of a new apartment and I liked this one. But, after spending a few minutes on their website, I found their pet policy which says "We are a pet friendly community." And then I found this "all cats must be declawed (front only)". They shouldn’t call themselves " Pet Friendly" when they are asking to hurt the pets.

For the price, area, amenities, and for how new these units are, you won’t find a better place. We’re 5 minutes from Walmart, 12 from Woodmans, 6 from Costco, yet still far from the city. It’s safe and quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors which leads me to believe the units are well insulated. Neighbors seem to mind their own business. Each unit comes with a personal heated garage which is unheard of. It’s awesome. In unit washer and dryer and a solid layout with spacious bathroom. Only thing I don’t like is the stove.
