Rock Pointe Apartments

We moved in at the end of 2024 and were initially impressed: beautiful apartments, clean grounds, and a professional, responsive management team. Unfortunately, as soon as that original team was reassigned, the quality of the community declined sharply. The most serious issue is safety. Police and emergency responders are here far more often than what is normal for a residential property. One recent incident involved six police cars arriving urgently on a quiet Sunday night. This has become a pattern, not an exception — and it raises real concerns for residents paying well over $3,100 a month, with many units now approaching $3,300–$3,500. The buildings and grounds are very well kept and maintained; but the biggest complaint that I have personally had is the lack of available parking for both residents and visitors. I work into the early night (usually I am home by 10:00 or 11:00pm) and rarely find a spot close by my building. If I am lucky, maybe I find a spot behind the building. Most of the time, I have to park my car all the way up at the front lot near the management offices, and when you have to lug around a supply bag that weighs about 40 or 50 pounds, the walk to the apartment is more grueling than it needs to be. We pay upwards of $3,000 a month to live here as it is: you would expect there to be enough spots for people to park—but I know for a fact that there are cars that occupy spaces for weeks and even months

Newer resident, so far loving the community & the area. Kimberley from the leasing office was great given that we moved in 3 days from touring the place so a very fast turnaround (greatly appreciated).

I would leave zero stars if I could. The leasing office was very unresponsive and horrible to work with when they did respond. Later when we tried to break our lease they intentionally dragged us through the mud. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I would never sign another lease with them even if I was homeless.

I would love an apartment. As long as I won’t saw up my furniture. I’ll keep it clean and tidy.
