Rock Creek Apartments

Went and asked for a parking pass they told me no because they ran out , but no cars were in the spots and of course towed my car but this apartment complex thinks I’m stupid. They have a contract with the towing company meaning they purposely set up 5 visitor parking with over 100 apartments here . This isn’t an accident . It’s very malicious and i will be bringing this to someone’s attention. I could go on and on , I’ve only been here two months . They try to drown out the bad reviews with people they know but don’t listen . ELIZABETH AND ANA are terrible at their jobs . This place needs all new workers from top to bottom it’s so sad cause it could actually be a good place to live . They prey on people who visit you . Roach infested, mold coming through my ceilings . This place is hell .

There for three years . Ok at first but started getting bad . I can make whole list . Got rob , inside the apartment was despair, things started stop working and it was ALWAYS loud . The showers were always cold . Told maintenance people but didn’t do nothing about it . Spend high rent for low quality. Don’t waste your money.

Had a positive experience living here. Elisabeth and Ana are amazing in the office along with the maintenance team. Very quiet, family oriented complex. Reasonably priced and has well maintained interior, exterior. The pool is delightful for cooling off over the summer. Laundry room on site if unit doesn't convey. Grocery, Gas, Church, Laundry, Schools, Restaurant, Mechanics all in the area, very walkable!! Well lit and plenty of parking available. Thank you Rock Creek for the pleasant stay and allowing me to call it home for many years! Hope everyone has as pleasant of an experience. Thanks again!!

I want to start off by saying you get what you pay for. You want cheap you get cheap. Cheap appliances cheap maintenance services that will perform bandaid services, and roaches. The moment I moved in, there were baby roaches crawling around. Now before I signed my lease I asked the assistant manager if there were roaches and she said no which was a lie. My bathroom ceiling leaked on and off throughout the 14 months I was there and they didn’t do anything about it because they couldn’t figure out the problem. My tub paint started to peel off months ago which has yet to be fixed. The walls are thin. My toilet kept breaking and honestly I gave up on them “fixing it” but I had to keep calling because I needed a working toilet. I think they’re down to 1 maintenance person now I’m sure. Parking

I LOVE living here. Everyone is so nice and friendly from the rental office to the neighbors. Kids are nice and polite, and helpful. I truly have enjoyed coming home.
