Rock Creek 185 Apartments

We've been here for a month now and things are going well. It's not opulent but it's very much "home." I've included some views from our porch and looking out through the glass door and the window. It's amazing!

Marcos was very professional and courteous. We toured the grounds and a similar unit to the one we're interested in and everything was very well kept and the grounds themselves are beautiful. The apartments appear to be well maintained as well and there are happy dogs everywhere!

I've been here since 2017 and generally have had a positive experience. The only major downside is that residents tend to speed through the parking lots like it's the Daytona 500. I have no complaints regarding the office staff; on the rare occasions I visit, they are kind and empathetic. Maintenance, however, is hit or miss. While requests are usually addressed reasonably fast, communication is lacking. I sometimes have to chase down updates, or find tickets closed without explanation. I understand immediate fixes aren't always possible, but better communication with residents would go a long way. The unit itself is great. Because it's an older build, the layout makes sense—unlike many newer apartments with odd, angled floor plans. Take from this what you will.

Having a great experience at RockCreek185. The office staff being here 7 days a week til 6pm means a lot, they’re always professional and responsive and the maintenance workers have been excellent, too. They’ve responded in a timely matter, followed up and were very respectful and thorough. I hardly know I’m in an apartment, too, regarding noise. Outside of course there’s traffic sounds but in the apartment, I almost never hear any noise from neighbors at all. The amenities are fab. This is a nice place to call home. I hope the rent stays stable.

I was lucky enough to get Grant assigned to a vertical blinds issue that had been bugging me for months. The maintenance man Grant was of exceptional character and provided a quality repair and my patio door blinds have worked great ever since!!!! Love the staff here
