His knowledge of building trends, regulations, energy efficiency, and innovative ideas are invaluable. His choice of 2x6 exterior studs, spray foam insulation, a metal roof, energy efficient appliances, tankless water heater, and a HVAC dual zone system are just a few examples of the many features of the home. He has an eye for aesthetics, design and curb appeal.
