Sammy is a miracle worker! She went above and beyond to pull off a miracle transaction in a way that no one else could have. She was in total control through the entire process, never missing any details. She made all the necessary arrangements, and was always available to answer my questions. We hit some road bumps along the way (with escrow and title company), and Sammy not only had the knowledge of how to handle everything, but she got everything on track so fast that I never had to worry about anything! She is the absolute best!!!

I took my friend there to have some legal papers taken care of. I was very impressed when i walked in. Very tastefully decorated and a comfortable setting. My friend was assisted by Allison and Sammy. And they seemed very knowledgeable in what had to be done. This review should count at least quadruple because Sammy has brokered multiple sales for us over several years. And, before I even provide my review- let me tell you how I was referred to Sammy. I knew a judge in Santa Maria and I asked the judge who the best realtor in town is. The judge said "sometimes we have to order a property to be sold because of a court case dispute. When that happens, we try to get Sammy to get involved because we know Sammy will get the property sold quickly and of course she'll get all of the documents and legal issues correct." We ended up doing face to face interviews with Sammy and the other top ten brokers/realtors in Santa Maria. Obviously, Sammy was our top choice.
