Robinson Overlook

Great experience so far! I chose this place because of its unbeatable price and proximity to work. Maintenance is responsive. Staff is friendly. Community is quiet and clean. Parking is plenty. Location is less than 10 minute drive from everything I would need. For a new grad, this was a hidden gem! However, finding an opening here for market value units is very difficult as there is only a handful available. The rest are designated as lower income units which tenants must fall at or under to qualify. Waitlists can span 2-years.

Comfortable fairly new apartments. Price is right. Unfortunately a very noisy neighbor upstairs. Other than that a good place to live.

I love living at Robinson Overlook I've been living here for almost 4 years come December of 2025.I like what the property do for our community since it small and there's nothing close by.Love the quietness Don't plan on moving anytime soon.Thanks Robinson Overlook

I would not recommend this place for anyone to live. I have noisy neighbors that live overtop of me. I can hear children running, jumping, and screaming. Loud music being played after 10pm. I have made several complaints to the rental office and this issue has not been resolved. I also mention to them it was a lot of people that lived in that apartment. I feel that my issue have not been address properly and has been annoyed. I have not been happy in my home since I moved in. My neighbors have been a problem since day one. I also have a problem with the way these apartment are made. I hear everything in my neighbors apartment. I feel I’m sharing my home with my neighbors. I should not be unhappy somewhere I pay rent. I want to live in a peaceful quiet home. I hope this is helpful for someo

I would not live here if you like your privacy. This is the only complex I’ve heard of where inspections happen MONTHLY. (Meaning they come into your home and look around your bedroom, bathroom, and common areas, MONTHLY) I just find it very strange that someone would be required to do that monthly. It’s almost like they treat it like everyone has section 8 housing and that’s not the case for me. Furthermore, I just feel like the community itself is an experiment for the poor. They have free events where they take their children and to the “farm” give them free bikes and other activities where they have free catering. It’s just too much and I don’t think it comes from a genuine place of care or concern but control. Also, communication lacks a lot between tenants and property management. Th
