Contracted to build our home which includes 5 yr warranty. Air unit began failing which was under warranty. Subcontractor was sent out didn't fix it and tried to charge me 300$. Then he said I could pay it when the job is finished. Which I said thats how it works. You fix it then get paid. That was 8-9 months ago or more. All calls are not answered and messages not returned. Spoke with Robinson construction and he told me he has a meeting with him today and the he'd get him over to complete job. No one showed, no answer, 5 yr warranty has expired. I am getting my paperwork together and contacting an attorney as I have proof of me contacting them before my warranty expired. He should know the subcontractor he is hiring if that contractor is giving his business a bad name.
We built a home with Robinson Construction in 2015. John was professional and easy to work with. We got an exceptional price on our home by doing some legwork ourselves. Our home turned out great and construction was completed on time.
Robinson Construction recently built our new house. John and his subcontractors did amazing work. They were thorough, fast, and professional. I highly recommend Robinson.
