Absolutely love living in midtown, and Rebecca Lott at Roberts brothers has been nothing but helpful with the process of renting my first home! Have not had a problem with neighbors, everyone is quite & nice. They do a good job of renting their homes to tenants who have respect for their other neighbors (since I’ve rented a duplex) !!

Don't fall for the catfish scam!!!!! They are posting houses for rent in order to get you to fill out and application for $75.00. Some of these houses are not actually available but once you qualify they will try to rent you houses that are actually available but at a ridiculous price.

Crew stole Amazon packages, charge 50% of rent in late fees. Harass with after 10 days late, send bills for things not done and use renter's to pay for updates to homes going on the Market. Ana Boston is rude and unprofessional, refused payments and enjoys treating people like they are beneath her. Do not rent from them, go to Remax, they will never charge $500 for 10 days late rent.

We are moving from several states away and wanted to make arrangements so that we have a place to move into upon arrival. Found a house we really like (there were plenty of photos online) and the timing appears to work out perfectly with the owner's move out date, but after paying the application fee, submitting info for background checks (nothing there), credit check (outstanding), proof of income (more than enough, we are both employed professionals), and verbally agreeing to pay 3 MONTHS in advance, they will not agree to a lease unless someone "sees" it in person (how do we do that from several states away?) and insist there is no way around this bogus "requirement" - a facetime walk through is not sufficient for them. I used Roberts Brothers as my property management company while I lived out of state. This was an expensive mistake! House was turned over dirty, rotted boards had fallen onto the ground from my roof which was in horrible shape, carpet was stained almost black, they took repairs out of my rent reimbursement for damages caused by the tenant. I had additional repairs that resulted in rot beneath the sink for an ongoing leaks that were not reported resulting from work conducted by Roberts Brothers contractors. It was financially draining on all aspects. I suggest you use a different company, use your own contractors and have someone present who represents your interest when doing site inspections. This company and its staff, contractors, etc. are incompetent and lack maturity to address their
