Apart from our stay being very pleasant and safe for the last two years of our time here, the maintenance team is awesome, they addresses issues very promptly and satisfactorily Only down side is no dish washer and in-house laundry. Appreciate if this can be addressed.

Good luck getting your deposit back from the new management that took over from November 2024. I recently vacated an apartment after renting it for over four years and I consistently kept the apartment clean and well-maintained. Before moving out, I had multiple maintenance visits to address minor issues. The maintenance person complemented that the apartment was in excellent condition. Despite this, the management still deducted $650 from my security deposit without providing a clear explanation. When I asked for clarification, they cited a "terrible smell from the carpet" as the reason for withholding the funds. Interestingly, during all maintenance visits, no one ever mentioned or observed any such smell. It feels like I was charged for the carpet replacement that was planned regardle

Mark came out on the visit to help restore the heat in timely fashion. The problem was beyond his reach. He notified the next party to attend to the matter. Then he went to get a heater for the apartment to assure there will be some heat until the heat issue is resolved. Thank again mark.

Have been staying at this place for over 5 years and have seen things change drastically. From a slow response team to highly efficient maintenance team, this place has made significant improvements. I had issues with my Stove and a switch, raised a ticket and got a visit the very next day by a supervisor. The following morning the maintenance guys came in at 8:30 am and replaced my stove and fixed the switch. All this was done in less than 15 mins. Super professional behavior and quick response.
