Working in customer service is tough and people have bad days, but Karen Saroukhanoff seems to get off on humiliating people. I’ve never had to deal with someone so rude and narcissistic like herself and I hope I don’t have to again. She love degrading people to make herself feel better. She certainly is not helping the image of the company she is supposed to represent. Will not be recommending Robert Realty any time soon.
