BEWARE: They stole $300 from me. I used to live in a building that was managed by this company. The management was subpar but it was my first home. When I sold and moved out as per process I wrote a $300 check for in case any damages occur upon me moving out. I moved out and took pictures and sent them to my real estate agent as proof. I still have those pictures. The new owner also confirmed there were zero damages. I requested my $300 check back. This was in 2018 and this company DID NOT returned my money. I’ve contacted even their CEO and left messages. Robert E. Hill, including Nijha King, have ignored this for years.
