Amy Scott has been the property manager of the house next to me for at least three years. The first tenants she rented to were rude, didn’t take care of yard, didn’t take care of trash, it piled up for months, verbal harassment, crazy party’s with drugs right in front of my kids, they would start fires and have the young kids spray lighter fluid on it unsupervised, violent domestic abuse etc etc. what did amy and her company do- nothing. when the tenants finally moved out Amy took no responsibility and lied to the owners. she then apologized and said the all the nieghbor’s, the new tenants will be much better. Well she rented to a lady with two kids and there was gentlemen that also moved in that was drunk all the time. we found out right away he was on the most wanted list, great back

Great people all the way around. Robert and Amy have always been very easy to work with! Robert Drew Property Management takes the time to communicate and follows up on every situation. I would recommend this company to any HOA out there, however, they are so dedicated to their current customers I doubt they have much more room to take on a lot of new business. You are in good hands while renting or having your property managed by this company.
