Overall, I had a great experience getting a home loan from Rob Levy and CMG Mortgage. Rob was very personable and responsive, and I appreciate that he found a loan product (All in One) that met my somewhat unusual needs. Rob also has a fantastic reputation for providing solid financing in the Pasadena area, and that is ultimately what convinced the sellers to accept my offer in a very competitive situation. My only suggested improvement is for CMG to provide an online dashboard showing what documents are needed by when during the loan application process. This would prevent surprises and help things go more smoothly.

Rob was amazing in helping to facilitate the purchase of our home in Altadena CA a few years back. We had a tight time deadline, a very complicated loan with selling one property and taking out a mortgage on the other to purchase the new home... and he got it done for us. Recommend him highly and he has our thanks for the work he did on our behalf.
