RMS has consistently done a fantastic job for my clients on their home purchases. The customer service is top notch, as someone always picks up the phone to answer your questions. They are extremely communicative with my clients' attorneys and lenders, and closing always goes smoothly. Lynzie has been phenomenal at addressing any issue I personally have, as well as going above and beyond for my clients!

I expected basic competence at closing but did not receive it. Important documents were missed, and a required payment was not collected. Because of this neglect, I had to make a second trip — nearly two hours each way, over fifty miles — just to sign paperwork that should have been handled the first time. There was no apology, no responsibility taken, and no offer to compensate for my wasted time. This work is part of what they are paid to do, and it was not done. Beware — double-check every document and payment yourself, because they clearly will not.
