RMC Management

We rented an apartment in Washington DC through RMC Management for just under two years. We found Jon and Valerie to be professional, flexible, courteous, and generally very responsive. When we weren’t pleased with the work done by the cleaning service who prepared the apartment before we moved in, RMC Management sent them back to do better work without complaint. Valerie was helpful and responsive when it came to setting up maintenance and repairs. RMC seems to me like a well-run operation.

Both the leasing and the service requests were fast and easy. I was very nervous but Jon helped the process go smoothly.  I really appreciated his attention and his customer service when we were so overwhelmed. All of the service requests are submitted through the online portals, which is always a plus and makes life easier. Although, we were lucky that our place was fairly new and we didn’t have a lot of problems. Signing with them again for another year! Would recommend!

Jon Bass was extremely helpful in my finding an apartment for rent. At a time when I had returned to this country from a long time abroad it was just the type of help I needed. I wanted an apartment in a certain location right away and he arranged it last year. He has also been promptly responsive ever since when I had other issues regarding things such as home insurance etc.
