RMC Appraisal Services

Excellent transaction and an honest professional appraisal. I was in a rush to meet court deadlines, other appraisers stood me up and even accepted then only to decline at the last minute. Its a good thing I never cancelled RMC appointment which was 1 week away. Bob delivered my appraisal in 3 days doing me a big favor. I'll definitely call RMC when I'm ready to refinance.

This was the most unprofessional appraiser I have ever encounter. As a realtor professionalism is one of the most important assets when it comes to customer service. I had challenged bob’s (the appraiser) appraisal that he had sent over. Which was days past bob, supposedly due date. We didn’t receive the report to about 4 or five days after he was supposed to deliver. Bob Gabe’s is no explanation on why. When contacted he kept promising me next day next day. After, he finally delivered appraisal I challenged it. Bob said i quote directly “I am tired of you people clients telling me how to do my job, when you know nothing about appraisals.” I will not change appraisal or amount and based on my work on the investment property he wasn’t pleased.” I have never been so insulted or received the

Called the number, the person picking up confirmed it was RMC. I asked if they are available, and he immediately cut me off and told me no good bye and hung up. Save your time go somewhere else.
