RLJ Management Company

Hello, the person you have as manager at Pauli Heights is not doing their job properly. It states on the website that there is on site washer and dryer but the manager, Lisa, locks it when she leaves. One of my family members live in an apartment there and has had an electric issue that the manager still hasn't gotten fixed. Also there is trash EVERYWHERE because she won't get somebody to clean it up, that isn't the trash companies job, its hers. Yall either need to fire her or make her do her job correctly. Also whenever she is contacted, she will give attitude and say shes off that day, to save question for when shes in office. Horrible RLJ SLUMLORDS MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE had me an apartment then took it away signed papers and so did management . Liars everyone of them fire manager she's never here anyways, now we have. vicious dogs in the building as long as she gets the money she don't care if my granddaughter 2 years old or my son get chased one more time I will kill me a dog there's four in a two-bedroom apartment three bedroom apartment whatever but they're big every time you see them dogs or they see you they chase you and they want to eat you alive I have my money in escrow once now it's going right back in again. Great news manager got fired.

My rental in Johnstown Pa has 43 units. Beautiful building it is brand new 6 years old..our heat has not worked for years this company doesn't pay their bills and the tenants suffer despite raising our rent every year. The HAVC that have come to fix the furnance won't come back cause they are not getting paid. The manager here gets berated constantly when they get calls from her about tenants requests for heat or hot water , etc. It's not fair to her. You can't rent apts if they don't have heat

Brownstown, IN....mgmt non existent. I'm a retired (apartment mgr).....wowww is THIS what I'm supposed to have to deal with? Mgr s'posed to be here 29 hrs a week. Been monitoring, never been here 29hs since 12/2022. MGMT DOES NOT CARE. AND...the 1st words out of her mouth.."I'ma hafta kick you outta here".....YEP! My rent is always paid b4 the due date...my home is very clean...I'm quiet, no visitors. J/S....

The worst property management company ever! I've been harrased for 7 months straight by a neighbor and ive filed complaint after complaint with proof (pictures and video) of this harassment and nothing gets done. I haven't even received any type of follow up to my complaints. All they care about is money. They dont care about providing a safe living environment what so ever.
