Until Ben, who is in charge of maintenance and maintaining the property, does his job, Rize will consistently get a 1 star from me. The floors in our common areas have never been mopped since Ive been here in October, and it’s now January. Somehow, the same poop marks, drink and food marks, and dirt are all still there. Asking someone over and over to do their job and them not doing it is the definition of insanity. Just follow through on your job and life will be good, Ben. ***These photos are only a few of the problem areas. The other floors are even worse than mine.***

Inability to fix things that should be fixed. Fridge is still bad after 6 months. Wouldn't fix the AC when it was getting hot out. The heater that comes in the unit isn't working & they still haven't fixed that. I just resorted to getting a floor heater. Stove has a bad thermostat so it burns everything. They make you make these melds which are property maintenance requests & then they do nothing & mark them completed. Terrible company. Also at Ed VanDam, what part of my car is blocking the laundry room? By your logic your scooter is blocking the sidewalk. Edit:. For those reading this, this location is one of many. Rize PM took over half way into my years lease. Nothing from them no help with homeless problems & drug use. All they had to do was put up no trespassing but refused to do so. Battery went out on fire alarm I replaced and they told me I had to pay back 5.00 for battery. The parking is a joke we are aloud one stall per unit. They do nothing to enforce it. Parking infront of laundry room. Send email after email no response but sorry will look into it. (Blowing smoke) Came to sign a lease but print to small to read handing me a paper copy that was even smaller print. They have now decided to charge everyone the same power bill and water. Lights on all day & off at night Welfare people stay home all day & night running AC & TV I work 50/60 hour week Never home, they say the building has meters

Been living at a Rize property for a while and anytime there is something that needs attention or any questions I have, they are super quick to help out and always sends someone very nice to come help us out within days sometimes hours. Today we had Hendrick come help us with our sink and he did a great job, was in and out super fast, and was overall very nice. Even offered to fix some other things he saw around the house while he was there. Absolutely fabulous service!

Worst property management company in Utah. Moved in no hot water. Took them weeks to resolve. My kitchen sink hasn’t worked properly. Anytime there is excess water in the sink it drains through the bathroom and explodes disgusting smelly water all over. I gave them the opportunity to fix it and told them the pipes are clogged. They used a whole container of draino and left a huge mess. And it still doesn’t work. Then they expect me to sleep there while my whole house smells like sewage. I went into express how upset I was. And they were openly laughing in the office behind the front desk. Don’t trust them to handle your property or tenants correctly.
