Riviera Park Apartments

I absolutely LOVE living here!! I have been here for about 6 months now and I never want to leave! Jerimiah is a great property manager and he makes sure the grounds are beautiful, with continuous upgrades, and any concerns are addressed promptly. To top it off any holiday that downtown Jacksonville sets off fireworks, they can be seen right from the pier on property! I highly recommend Riviera Park Apartments, it’s by far my favorite place I have ever lived in Jacksonville!

Lived her for 7 months while home shopping. Great location, near lots of dining and shopping. Super friendly and helpful staff! A nice pool and dock. I personally did not experience any pest problems like some older reviews have stated. I felt safe living here with my kiddos. Would recommend!

WOW!!! The views here.. PERFECT. The apartments and grounds are so clean! Management and the staff are amazing, Jeremiah runs this place like a 5 star resort, and Jose can fix anything, we have been here for less than two months and we never want to leave. I highly recommend!

I’ve been here for 3 years- I have always loved living here and have always been a great tenant- I keep my apartment immaculate. The original manager Carla left here within the last 5 months and we got a new one. Carla was professional and what you would expect from a community manager. Since then ,a new manager came Jeremiah- who is extremely unprofessional. He lies , makes up things, has harassed me , discriminated against me , and retaliates against me. It is to my knowledge that many tenants here feel the way I do - he tries to use the fact that he’s a manager here to do things that should not be done.When you meet him he comes across as being overly nice ,but almost shady. Take it from me STAY AWAY from this community.
