Riviera on Normandy Apartments

My experience with this place has been horrible so far. I regret signing a year lease with these people. My move in date was yesterday (09/26/2025) but I haven't been able to completely move in because the apartment smells like cigarette smoke. I was told I couldn't see the apartment before I signed the lease because there were tenants living there. The signs on the sink knobs are missing, the stove had burn marks and was rusty, on the bottom of the sink look like it's sunken, ceiling fan in the bedroom was wobbly and there were bugs like gnats and spiders on the wall in the living room and on amd in the cabinets and refrigerator. It did not look like at all like the showroom that the lady at front showed me. Apartment I had looked like and smelled like crap. It's not cool I took off work

I've lived here almost 2 months since 10/17/2025. I LOVE it here. Honestly any issue I have they promptly take care of. It's quiet, which I was NOT expecting. When I was moving in, they accommodated me by staying open later for me to finish signing my lease (it took my movers 5-6 hours to get me moved!). I can honestly say, as a new tenant moving to a new area, they have surpassed my expectations. I hope me and my son are able to call this place home for a good long time! (I hate moving! 🤣) I love having a pool I can go to year round, I love having the convenience of an on site gym. I'm currently in the process of getting an assigned parking spot (love that option!) and the valet trash is an added bonus. I'll gladly pay an extra $30-50/month for CONVENIENCE!

I recently moved into this apartments around October and I’m just going to say that I will never regret renting here. Best decision I’ve ever made! The people working at the offce are very nice and welcoming! Noemi made my moving so easy and was always responsive on any questions I had. The maintenance guys are always helping me out whenever I’ve have a problem in my apartment. I am truly blessed living here on riviera on Normandy 💯. Graciass! ~Juanita (:

I have lived here for over 8 years. I like these apartments. The maintenance is good and timely. The pool and workout room are really nice. The managers, Daniella and Sabine are very pleasant and there's always a cup of coffee waiting for me in the office.

I recently moved in on 10/30 I decided on this apartment after reading the reviews and walking the model unit I fell in love with the space and design of the apartments. They have plenty of amenities that my prior apartment did not have, and aside from that the experience and treatment was completely different in a good way compared to my viewing other apartments in the past. After viewing the model unit I applied immediately that day in office and Sabine made the entire process easygoing and smooth any questions I had she answered. Closer to my move in date the leasing manager Daniela reached out to me to ensure I was good to go before I moved in she made sure everything was taken care of for me prior to me moving in.
