Riviera Isles Club House

The management here is absolutely terrible. They are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. It seems their job is to give you a hard time and make your life miserable rather than help you. They ignore you and put you on hold without any explanation. When you call back, they see the caller ID and deliberately do not answer. I have asked to speak with a manager multiple times, and they either ignore me or say she is not available. This management team needs to go. I don’t understand how these people are even employed there. The staff is horrible and should be replaced. They are extremely unprofessional and seem focused on making things difficult rather than providing help. They clearly don’t care. They finally reopened the pool and it's looking good! Security there the entire making sure randoms don't get in, limited number of families at a time, and everything is clean 😎👍🏼

The front staff does not seem too friendly , caring or willing to help you with anything. I’ve been a resident for 15 years and was told that I need to re-purchase new ID badges that will cost me out of pocket. I was also trying to throw my sons a birthday party in the patio area hall, and was denied because I did not book in advance. I feel that the residents are treated like a piece of property and financial transaction here as opposed to actual human beings. The community itself is beautiful though and that’s why I gave it 2 stars

Big pool, small gym, good staff. If you buy a house without a pool, consider the clubhouse your second home.

management is never on the same page, they are very quick to charge late fees even though you pay on time but they excuse it with the “sorry about that”. has happened twice now. staff at the clubhouse are also extremely rude there’s one young lady there who always gives incorrect information and constantly has an attitude with homeowners, many of my neighbors feel the same way about her. please do better.
