Riviera Apartments

I moved in at the end of February and have seen constant improvements happening. The property manager, Monica, is incredible and gets things done. I have seen her personally planting flowers and laying mulch, getting maintenance to redo the picnic area outside of the building to beautify the property. There has been a lot of painting and touch ups to the stairwells, hallways, and entrances to the main building. I had an issue with my dishwasher having a burnt out motor and it got replaced within a couple of days. Anytime there is an issue or I have questions, I quickly get a response from either Monica or a follow up with maintenance. We have lived at Riviera for almost 3 years now. We did have some issues initially. However, since the new manager (Monica) took over, things have improved significantly. She is very friendly and prompt. My family has no complaints whatsoever regarding our apartment, management staff or services. Overall, Riviera is the best place to live as far as apartments go in the Point Place/Shoreland area. All of us neighbors have gotten to know each other very well and enjoy having get togethers in the massive side yard that overlooks the water. Would recommend Riviera to people that are single or family.

I lived in Riveria a couple years ago and ended up moving out because the management was awful and nothing ever got fixed. I recently moved back in and the changes here are above what my previous expectations were. Monica has made drastic changes to this property and I love living here. The property grounds are kept up, any issues that I’ve had have been handled very quickly in most cases same day. I am happy that I came back!

This is a very nice apartment community to live in. We've been living for over a year now and our property manager Monica has been making major improvements to the complex. Monica is very understanding if you have any issues at all. We absolutely recommend that you give these apartments a look if you're interested in them.

I currently live here. The elevator is broken again, and has been for almost 3 weeks. Last week I was told the elevator repair company said it would take about a month to get the parts. I am not supposed to use stairs.I signed up for the underground garage, but after 2 bouts of flooding in it, I gave it up. Apparently the people in the apartment next to mine were disgusting and had roaches, and a few came into my apartment. They didn't last long. Management had pest control out to take care of them. I don't want to renew my lease when it is up because this is one of the most expensive apartment complexes in the immediate area.
