This app was not so difficult to use in the past. Today it feels like a run around fools errand.

I currently been living here before some staff came in to work here. Constantly getting harassed as well as Mrs. Tia having personal conversations about my husband and reports from DSS getting called by her for neglecting, Which wasn’t true . I’m disabled in the wheelchair and being told my stuff was going to be thrown out with my 4 year old child . We paid up all our late fees and rent just to be told the money didn’t go to May rent that it was used for June. They waited until Friday to say we owe 144$ or we was getting kicked out on Tuesday.

We don’t live here (yet hopefully) but we applied and must say that the staff, specifically Tia, was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. If that’s a glimpse at what life will be like living there, I know I’m making the right choice for my family. Thank you!

Pros: It’s a peaceful place to live. Cons: wolf spiders as big as my big toe. I have to spend money on home paramount to keep them away.

I really like this place however they said that my family didn’t qualify because of income however we met the requirements and my family really need housing.
