Riverwood

I’ve recently moved in and so far it’s been great. Ron and Mrs. Sheryl are such wonderful people. The move in process was easy and painless. They both were very friendly, personable, upfront and honest. I was looking for a place to call home for a while and as soon as I walked into the leasing office I knew this was home. The entire staff is warm and friendly and welcoming. I look forward to making this my home for years to come.

My family have been staying in Riverwood Apartments for 4 years plus and are really enjoying the facilities and management. Our environment is constantly kept clean by Stanley Keith, the grounds guy. We have prompt and efficient maintenance services by their maintenance team. We enjoy the clean swimming pool during the summer and love the great Riverwood community.

Your professionalism, patience, and kindness truly made a difference and turned what could have been stressful into a smooth experience. The apartments are what they are... They were built years ago and show it... The only reason I'm willing to give 5 stars has nothing to do with the property and everything to do with Jeremy in Maintenance. Since day one he has addressed any concern or issue I've experienced, he's always professional and respectful, and he's the only maintenance person that always takes his shoes off when he enters my home and cleans up after himself. Wonderful guy.

Hi name is Martha Giraldo and i went to your property looking for a nice apt to move lste January ,and i had the most placent experience ;,Mrs Eucaris was such as wonderful caring, knowledgeable person,she did answer all my questions in a polite way ,showing the me the property around i was really impressed,i have been in a different properties ,and i was ok but they left me eith so msny questions,till the day i wrnt to Ricerwood complex in Roswell and i met the best costumer service i can dream off,...Thank you so very much Mrs Eucaris be blessed always ,i am talking with my husband sbour moving to your property doon you will hear from us ...once again THANK YOU SO MUCH.
