Riverwood Cove Apartments

If I could give this place a less than one star I would! Horrible maintenance! The place is infested with bed bugs roaches!! The manager is very unreliable and unprofessional! Her secretary is rude! The manager prior to her had the place up to date including the grass area it felt like a safe place to leave at! And was always available... anywho i give this place a negative star if your are trying to get an apartment here my advice to you is to run for the hills!!!!!!

I live here currently. I have been here since November of 2020. I have been going through a divorce and was homeless for the last 2 years. All while keeping my job and being with my kids at night while my soon to be ex husband was at work. I didnt want my kids unstable and homeless with me but i was cleaning my ex's (for my kids) then leaving to sleep in my car. Struggling with not many options..... There is not as many resources to qualify for when you are married. Even separated. And I refused to go in front of a judge or speak of custody while I was homeless. My husband had already taken so much from me...... At some point I had went to Unph.org and got on every waiting list possible, and did the same on every resource I could find. I am not on Social security. Or disability, etc. Obvi

This isn't the best place to live in because I seen kids smoking outside they were in a range of 8-10 and got into a fight with this girl I saw who clearly didn't have parents or any type of respect for me or my brother and her friends had beaten my 6-7 year old brother and gave my brother and bruises, so if you have kids make sure you keep them away from those kids and be safe.

the manager of this place kicked out my parents because of stupid reasons. I would not live here anymore.

Friend lives here. Massive trees, good landlord.
