I lived here for 5 months before breaking my lease. I was lied to during the walkthrough multiple times and it took them weeks and many follow-ups to get any information, let alone resolution, on issues. Office staff doesn't care about you once you sign the lease, emails go ignored, and promises in-person are never followed through on. Rather than deal with things at the management level, they pass the buck to residents. Many people had issues with their AC and were given window units for months on end, trash chute problems never addressed, the maintenance team are overworked, and the office staff lazy and apathetic to issues. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been living here for almost one year and can say it is the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. They don’t address noisy neighbors literally having raging parties. There is a massive issue with “lost” packages. There are nasty leaks in every building. You will never be able to get in touch with the leasing office as they do not respond to emails, calls, or voicemails. If you ever have a maintenance issue, GOOD LUCK! We’ve gone through 2 water heaters, therefore, we’ve been without hot water on multiple occasions. The maintenance team overlooked the mold growing in the closet due and knowingly withheld that information. When they finally went to replace the water heater the first time, they left my room a disaster. They are refusing to provide a

DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is a dump & it’s impossible to get the “Property Manager” or any employee to contact you. Ive had several problems with my apartment (mice, broken appliances, flooding, water issues) and no one is willing to help. The leasing manager will offer assistance or reimbursement, then ghost you & wont ever do it. Trust me - avoid this place. Not worth your money. Conshohocken is a nice area and there are way better places to live.

Very lazy staff overall. Maintenance requests get ignored until you make 3 maybe 4 of the same requests and call in multiple times. I moved in late December and still can’t use my oven because my smoke alarms were too sensitive. Whenever I cook anything it goes off and my requests continue to get ignored after maintenance finally came once and said they didn’t know what was wrong and would be back the next day. They never showed up and my requests have continued to be ignored again.

Where do I begin… I lived here for near 4 years. Back when I moved in 2020 through near early 2023 it was near perfect. The responsiveness from the staff to fix issues, the cleanness through out the complex, the accommodations they had were fantastic. The gym was clean/working, had la coloumbe coffee in the community room. Ever since Jones Street took over July 2023 there was a noticeable shift in the appearance of the place. I had ZERO mice until July 2023 then it was non stop. They were in my apartment, hallways. They kept saying it was because we are located near the river and a field, however that same river and field were there for YEARS so clearly the cleaning and pest control had stopped. I would have to call 3-5x and submit multiple maintenance requests before things would be addre
