RiverVue Avondale Apartments

I recently lived at Rivervue Avondale for a year, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, making every day feel special. The staff truly sets this place apart; they are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Kaya and everyone in maintenance , in particular, made my time there even more enjoyable with their warm and welcoming attitudes. The amenities offered are top-notch which made it easy to feel at home. Overall, I was genuinely sad to leave Rivervue Avondale. It’s a wonderful community with great neighbors and a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live! Unfortunately I had to move to be closer to work.

My husband and I moved in around March 2024 and we love it! From the amenities, dog park, dog wash station, floor plan/interior design, and resident events, we couldn’t have found a better place. We are medical students so being able to use the gym at odd hours is such an advantage for us. It is a quiet area, even with events going on at the pool, we cannot hear all the noise while we study on the 11th floor. The balconies are spacious, where the sun hits perfectly to get a nice tan during a study break. Our dog stays occupied all day looking out the floor to ceiling windows and lets us know when his buddies are at the park. The resident events are actually well planned and worth going to! We absolutely love it here and plan to stay here as long as we can. Thank you, Rivervue! :)

Have lived here for over a year now and resigned our lease. Beautiful well-maintained property and units, including sunrise views over the river. Maintenance responds to requests quickly and professionally. Ample parking available. Very safe walkable neighborhood. Feels like we live at a resort - would highly recommend

Moved in 1 week ago. Ecucarie, has been over the top. Signed unseen, Love this apartment and location. My oven didnt work. Went to office, Kai, immediately got on her computer and generated a work order. ITS ONLINE, my laptop was'nt working Within the hour, Montrese, maintanance, arrived. I am so amazed and happy. Thank you RIVERVUE.

I am a return resident of RiverVue, and as good as it was 4 years ago its far superior now. The grounds and pool are have been completely updated, STUNNING ! The Management team is all new from when i was here before and they are wonderful, and run the building really well.
