Riverview Townhomes

Worst place ever to live they don’t ever fix anything. You have to get coding involved to get things fixed. You have to sue them. You have to take everything to court. It’s a nightmare here. Don’t move here. They are bug infested, mouse infested. Houses have mold they have termite damage the mice destroyed everything no 24 hour maintenance like they suggest the playground is ran down and dangerous for kids. I had my kids out there to play one day and they found one of the heavy duty bolts that have fallen from the playground so it’s dangerous for children for their safety. dogs run around all the time without leashes people don’t pick up their poop from their pets poorly designed townhomes never fixed properly never turned over properly overall and nightmare, avoid at all costs

I am Amazed by all of the changes happening at Riverview Townhomes since Ms. Hillary Rouse came in as the property manager. Everything and I mean Everything looks great!!!!!! From the time you walk into the office which used to look like a sad place and now looks so welcoming, organized, clean and just beautiful. To the entire community looking clean and well taken care of. My eyes couldn’t believe all of the beauty in a place that looked abandoned and not cared for, to being able to see that someone is making such an amazing difference and actually cares for this place. She’s is doing such an amazing job.

I filled out an application with these people on 2/1 and it’s now 3/1 I never heard anything back from these people. My application was approved. But when was time to move forward no one contacted me. Answer there phone calls or anything.

Moving over to Riverview Townhomes was the worst experience for me.I came here April 2025 and I cannot wait until my lease is up this is a mouse infested area. It's so bad you can hear the mouses running through the walls. The rental office a bunch of ladies who really don't care. Apologizing for the inconvenience isn't good enough fix the problem. Work orders will never get done. The amount of vacant units in this area I would have never moved over here. Oh be sure to get a resident sticker to put in your car because they will tow it, believe me that's some type of connection with the rental office. Do yourself a favor take your money elsewhere but if you are comfortable with living in something that's been patched up missing cabinets, crack in the window where bee's can enter into your h

Please ask tenants about their experience before you move here. They do not fix anything, but they want your money. I am tired of seeing new tenants move in only to move out weeks later complaining about issues. I have witnessed this first hand. Please speak with a current resident before signing a lease. It will save you a lot of headaches and money in the long run.
