I hired RPM in the past year, and have received excellent service in finding me a good Tenant. I also, feel supported knowing Tyler and Erin are there to answer any questions that may arise.

I have been dealing with Tyler since my landlord hired this company to start taking care of business on the property I rent. The man is a true professional, he not only addresses all things to be considered but he quite literally adds a touch of compassion to make the dealings more personal. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have their property taken care of or anyone seeking to rent. Moving my property over to Tyler and Erin has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. After two very difficult and stressful years with my previous property managers, I only wish I had switched to RealPM sooner. From the start, their communication has been responsive and patient, and the process feels transparent. It’s a relief to know my property is in such good hands and being well taken care of.

My wife and I had been managing our rentals for 5 years and seemed to work fine. RPM Sarnia was recommended to us by someone a year ago but we never inquired. Due to personal circumstances (work/kids) we met with Tyler and were impressed. We moved all our properties to Tyler and Erin in 2024 and wish we had done it earlier. Tyler and Erin are amazing. They handle things without us even knowing. We get updates when required and they are super responsive. We were getting ready for a weekend away with the kids and a water tank leak happened at one property. Tyler was on it and only told us after he had the issue under control. If we didn't have Tyler and Erin on our team, bye bye vacation. Highly recommend the Tyler and Erin team.

Managing a property at a distance is not an easy task. I am grateful to have Tyler on my side. He takes the stress away and makes me feel it is more than just a business. He is always ready to provide solutions or even make referrals if necessary. He puts the relationship beforehand and business naturally follows. I'm happy to know my tenants and my home are in great hands so I can focus on my family. In the past I had issues with businesses not being consistent or not responding to my needs in a timely manner. I was glad to see that Tyler is very efficient, consistent, and takes ownership of the issues right away. Thank you so much Tyler for all you do !
