Just moved in with the help of Cynthia in the office, who was very pleasant and very helpful! She is the best! Met Roy the property manager with some maintenance concerns and he was very helpful and considerate about getting the repairs done. Maintenance Edgar came right away and fixed all my concerns. Edgar was very respectful and considerate and fixed my issues right away! So far enjoying my apartment and the biggest thing is the rent is affordable for me in these hard economic times!

Absolute terrible at communication. I applied at these apartments in the beginning of October 2024. I was informed that we would receive our deposit back in 30 days. It’s been over FIVE MONTHS. When you call they never answer, the phone always goes to voicemail and when they do answer the staff in the office knows NOTHING!! I would not move here o recommend. The property is TRASHY and they portray these apartments as something it’s not! You have tenants outside asking for drugs. The next step will be legal with this property if they don’t give me my money back.. I wouldn’t even rate them one star. Just disgusting behavior.

***BEWARE***Please don’t move here for the sake of your sanity and overall health. I’ve been here 3 years, they’ve changed management twice and there’s new people in the office every year. The place is completely falling apart they might as well tear it down and make a new complex. I used to pay a 75$ flat rate for water the first two years. Now they’re basing it off of usage raising my rent 300$. Mind you the plumbing is a disaster, the kitchen sink gets clogged every couple months and it takes DAYS for them to come and “fix” it just for it to clog the next day again. I reported my tub needing to be replaced due to it literally rotting underneath the paint they just slapped over it before I moved in. I lived here for 1 year/12 months and when I moved out I never got my deposit back after having to deal with termites, mold, loud neighbors, cockroaches, inadequate parking. There was also a time I had a friend come over and they brought their dog and they made me pay a $300 deposit. Everytime I called maintenance for something they had to come back 3-4 times to do the job properly because their attempts would fail. The area is full of homeless people and your neighbors don’t care about your peace! Loud music outside, loud noisey neighbors and the walls are paper thin I would hear my above neighbors getting busy if you know what I mean! Do not move here. The neighbors are constantly playing loud music outside in the parking lot (loud enough to where you can’t hear your own tv.) They will make you pay for valet trash but it has been a WHOLE WEEK since they took our trash. If you’re not going to take it at least take the valet charge off of our bill.
