Ron was great. Very upfront about everything, from his fees to what he expected various houses to sell for. He was also knowledgeable about what to look for in a house to know that it was in good repair. We were purchasing in Hastings, and he knew the village extremely well. He was able to get us an inspection the same day our offer was accepted and keep the process moving quickly, which is very important in today’s market. He also had recommendations for contractors and such which is a huge help. I can’t recommend him enough.
