Rivertop Apartments

Our experience at Rivertop Apartments has been nothing more than disappointing. My boyfriend and I lived here for almost two years, recently moving out. The only things we loved from this complex is the view from the ridge and the residents are friendly. Unfortunately, our con list is pretty full. One of our first issues we have had living here is the parking on top of the hill. There are clearly not enough parking spot for the amount of residents living in building 1,2,3. This has been an ongoing issue here reading other reviews from years past and yet not a thing has been done. Residents park up the hill and when doing that you are putting your car at risk of a possibly getting hit especially in snow, ice, and wet condition. Living here has been really great! The location is beautiful, and it’s truly so peaceful — it’s hard to find anything like this in the Nashville area. Hunter is super friendly and helpful, Brett and Morgan are always approachable and responsive, and Alex and Robert make you feel truly at home whenever something needs to be fixed. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing place to live!

This has become a weekly norm, including the trash not being taken out in common areas. I have never lived in or worked in a facility where trash is not a daily task. Also, when the dog bags are constantly out residents stop picking up poop. I have stepped in dog poop a disgusting amount of times living here. EDIT*** emailed the agency that left a comment back and they didnt respond which shows that it’s for looks so changing my star from a 2 to a 1

Rivertop is truly the best place to live in Nashville! I moved here in February of 2021 and it has been nothing but excellent. The units themselves and the staff have been the best I've ever had in a complex. My girlfriend and I recently decided we would like a 2 bedroom. We did an in-depth search of several other complexes in Nashville and none came close to Rivertop. The staff was able to accommodate a unit transfer from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom easily!

We moved here about a year and a half ago. We moved from Dallas and rented our apartment sight unseen. They were so helpful and kind which made our move so effortless. The views are amazing and the staff here has been so amazing. My fur babies love it here and so welcomed!
