After one year staying with Riverton Rentals, we are sad to leave such a nice property. Paul and Christy were always incredibly responsive and understanding. Riverton Rentals was one of the few property owners in the area who were pet friendly! Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and our cat loved the huge windows. Highly recommend this property management group as they were an honest team, always available to assist us throughout our move-in and residency.

Riverton Rentals was great to rent from. We rented from them for 3 years since we moved out here. The lease was held on their end and was not too complicated. I was in an apartment with great neighbors and felt safe where we lived. I hope others find what they need here too.

I lived at the location by myself and I felt secure. The management is awesome; they were quick in responding to tenant concerns. I was surprised one night that I put a complaint on the tenant portal about a water leak. I got a call from the maintenance within 30 minutes! Honestly, I didn’t expect them to respond that fast. Moving from central Texas where we rarely have snow to an area of heavy snow, my concern was how I would deal with snow on the parking lot in the mornings when I go to work. The awesome management took care of that and cleared the snow whenever it snowed. That was a huge relief and blessing for which I was very grateful. It made life a whole lot easier for me. They did a good job at vetting tenants too, no annoying and loud neighbors. The environment was quiet and pe
