This community is more than just a residence; it's a family. Despite my struggles over the past few years, I am beyond grateful to now call this my home. When I visited the office about a year ago to inquire about my position on the waiting list, the Managers Ms. Natasha and Ms. Rita looked up my name and informed me that I was nearing the top. They provided me with a clear outline of the necessary steps to take moving forward, ensuring we were prepared when a two-bedroom unit became available. I frequently visited the office to update my information and request status updates, and the Managers remained helpful and accommodating (even though I know I drove them crazy lol). As a resident of this community for several years, I am writing to express my concern about the decline in cleanliness and organization since Natasha's departure, We require our Manager (Natasha) to reinstate a sense of structure and order. I have encountered difficulties in contacting anyone by phone, which has been an ongoing issue. While I have been content living in this community over the past few years, Natasha's absence has led to noticeable decline in standards. Her tireless work ethic , evident in her late hours at the office, is now clearly essential to the community's well-being. I urge you to reinstate our manager, as her leadership is vital to this community. I am only giving this 5 stars because I have hope that once Natasha hopefully returns, our community will be up to her

A very nice place, friendly neighbors, I’d give it a five star, but front office management isn’t always the quickest to get requests for maintenance to be done. Other than that living here has been a great experience

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel truly welcome and at home. Ms. Natosha and Mrs. Rita are exceptionally knowledgeable and highly professional. Riverstone Trails Townhomes has created a beautiful community in a prime location, offering convenient access to everything you might need. You can feel confident knowing you’ll be in excellent hands here. My experience has been nothing short of incredible. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and with care. The community is safe, quiet, and well-maintained—an ideal place to live. From management to the maintenance team, it’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about the property and its residents. I would wholeheartedly recommend Riverstone Trails Townhomes to anyone looking for a great place to call home

I have lived at Riverstone Trails Townhomes for about 8 months and it has been absolutely wonderful. I could tell right away as soon as I walked in the office and met staff. There was a calming environment let me know this was the right place for me. I was concerned because I'm a single senior, but there was no reason to be worried at all. The grounds are well maintained and always clean. It's quiet and friendly. You can tell the tenants have pride in where they live. My mom was visiting and got so sick I had to call 911. I had several neighbors to come out to help and came by later to make sure we were okay. This us truly a community of love.
