I have had a wonderful experience with my up coming new apartment. From day one melindy provide me with nothing less then excellent service. Lisa was wonderful and pleasant every time I called in to ask questions and all had a pleasant conversation when i went in office. My move in process was really easy i went online applied paid my fee sent over everything they requested and they reached out with anything else they needed. 10/10 for me

Melanie has been absolutely wonderful and responsive. I initially put in an application and then received a noticed that they werent able to contact me. I contacted the office directly, Melanie picked up and helped me reactivate my application. It seems like the technical issues they have are from RentCafe itself rather than the property employees. Melanie was very sweet, patient and helpful never once was annoyed or pestered by my questions and continues to be of assistance with everything. I look forward to moving in next month!

My sister relocated from NYC and we found this community close to shopping centers. Very convenient location. Very clean and quiet each time we came by to see the management. Ms Lisa was always friendly and helpful and patient with us throughout this transition.

I’m extremely happy to live here! The new people in the office are GREAT! They are actually making improvements and getting rid of a lot of the trashy people who stay out here. I was in the office when a a lady was in there and was yelling and cussing at them because she were late on her rent and treated them like it was their fault. That’s the type of people they getting rid. I bet she’s one that even leaves trash out and don’t care. Let’s get people who care here and keep making this place better! Keep taking out the trash! 👏👏👏👏👏 Maintenance is great especially Reggie! That man handles everything! I really do enjoy living here and seeing all the great things happening. I changed my review for the reason of having a lot of issues in my unit on my move in date. Upon inspection I not only found the unit filthy & unkept, but I also found black mold. It triggered my asthma and allergies to the point I can no longer enter. Legally this is an unlivable unit; I cannot believe they thought this unit was adequate to rent out.
