Esteban has been an amazing apt. ofc..manager! I sincerely appreciate his professional,mature,kind management skills! I feel safer now that he has come to River Stone Apartments in New Braunfels and I feel more comfortable with leaving my apt to go shopping,etc. I feel that I can trust him that he respects my privacy as a tenant and he respects my disability situation. Esteban has been an amazing addition to RiverStone Apartments as an office manager. He gets things done. He truly cares. He listens to what I need to get done and gets it rectified. I no longer feel unsafe walking to get my mail anymore.

Honestly, this is the best apartment I ever had. I lived there for 3 years with no complaints. Yes, it’s not the newest modern look apartments but it’s more like a home. For the price, there’s so much space compared to those upgraded studio apartments out there. The location is perfect. It’s close to so many gyms, stores, entertainment, and it’s not in direct traffic. It’s not crowded here and everyone is so polite. Why is this place is a five star… it’s because of Nancy and the maintenance. If there is any issues in the apartment , it’s handled in no time. The property is always properly maintained and clean. Nancy is always there to help and just makes you feel welcomed. If I ever have to move back to New Braunfels, I’d definitely move back here again.

The only thing 5 str about this place is the new management and the new maintenance man Albert. After over 4 years of being here I can finally leave a positive review. After the many maintenance men who have come and gone through here there has only been one to truly be helpful, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and respectful. I also felt very comfortable and safe while he was in our home which is something I didn’t fee with the past maintenance workers because of their inappropriate behavior and actions. Also new manager is cleaning up the mess of the past managers before her and really getting this place to turn around. Look forward to see all the great work they both do.

Just moved in May 1 2017. Staff is very friendly. They even left a welcome to your new home basket filled with goodies and a very sweet note card welcoming me to the community. The are pet friendly which is a awesome perk to the community in addition to the swimming pool, Nancy the property manager is super friendly and willing to go over and beyond!! Excellent place to live. :) **UPDATE 4/20/19** Just renewed my lease for another 15 months!! Still Highly recommended!
