For the last two years I’ve been renting a townhouse that is managed by Riverside Property Management. I have had numerous interactions with Greg Wilson, the property manager, as issues have popped up that need attention (squirrels in the attic, worn-out appliances, etc). He has always responded immediately to my texts and taken prompt action. I appreciate that he utilizes reputable, professional companies to handle repairs and replacements. We recently moved to another house and called Greg Wilson and Riverside Property Management to rent out and manage our townhouse. During the rental process, we decided to sell the townhouse. Outstanding professionalism and responsiveness! I have rented 14 residences in the past 30 years and have never had a better property manager than Greg Wilson. During the COVID-19 Pandemic the inverter on our XL refrigerator failed on a Friday evening and it was full of recently stocked groceries.
