Riverside Park Apartments

I've lived in Riverside Park Apartments now for coming up on 3 years in FEB. I love my apartment and the complex, but I've never really needed maintenance or to contact the manager for much until recently our lights in the hallway and down to the garage went out. I went over to speak to Anthony, who's our kind manager, and he was very respectful and friendly and listened to my problem and pretty much instantly took action. The maintenance man came by the next Monday, figured out which lights to order and a week later, Mike, the maintenance man came in and swapped out the lights pretty quickly and efficiently. He had to tackle a problem of one light being high and in the middle of the set of stairs, but he easily overcame the problem and had it change quickly too. They were nice, polite and

This is a review for the 3 story unit. I think the location is excellent. The prices for what you get are good comparatively speaking for this area. No hidden fees just water, sewer, trash is the only thing additional. However I looked at the three story unit. It says on the brochure 1020 ft.². I challenge the!, to prove it's 1020 ft.². It could happen If you're including the tiny garage (that my CX-7 would not fit in) & the stairs. The master bedroom that is the size of a king mattress, I am being literal. The second room is a little bit bigger. Maybe you could fit a queen in it. However, you're not gonna have much furniture. The great brochure and images of the unit online show a sectional in the living room and all this space. However, my sectional nor entertainment center would fit

The place is nice it just has a weird smell and the fan in the down stairs bathroom doesn’t work.

Wow. The only positive reviews are from people who hadn't even moved in yet. 😂😂😂 This place looks like a nightmare and man I'm glad we have reviews to look at before picking a place to move to. How is this apartment even still here? I haven't actually lived here so I sadly can't be a part of the class action lawsuit they're clearly due for so I'll just leave this review here instead. Update: see, the thing is, I would try to talk to you further but it seems you guys are more concerned with responding to Google reviews than to helping anyone who actually lives in your apartment building. It says a lot about who you are when you only want to get bodies in your building but don't want to actually make it comfortable and livable. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. Unfortunately I experienced managers who are liars here. I had a terrible experience at this apartment. Homeless people are LOUD and surrounding the complex despite complaints of this and it being slow to be resolved. In addition to me expressing that management are liars….. I was preparing to move out was able to move into my new place a month early in which I stated to management that I was prepared to pay throughout my lease but that I was moving into my new place prior to that in which the manager stated, “no worries at all, you will not need to pay the next month due to us having someone already prepared to move into.” I emailed summarizing this to have in writing to receive a call from claims a month later stating I left my lease prior to my e
