Riverside Bank is a wonderful bank!!! Mandi Carrillo and Kim Ngo helped me with my small business account. It was an easy transition because of Mandi she went over and above to help us with everything. Kim also helped and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Great place to bank. Needed a medallion signature that they did have available at Oak Park branch they referred me to the Riverside branch the same day and got it done easily and without fuss. I'm glad I moved my accounts to Wintrust

Very dissatisfied. It's a convenient location for me that's all. Multiple times my checking account numbers don't add up even when I don't write a check for 2 months. When asking for an explanation from the personal banker she simply asked if I keep detailed records of my account balance and provided no reason for the discrepancy. They just look at me saying nothing after my answer of "yes." I ordered checks from the personal banker and they never came. Waited and eventually went in to speak with the same lady to get the same response "they've been ordered." Waited another month to get no checks. Eventually I went to the bank manager who told me they were never ordered. Recently attempted to set up a auto pay and was told it was set and didn't need to do anything else. My bills accumulated
