Riverside Apartments & Townhouses

Lived here for some years went through a few different managers some were difficult and didn’t know what they were doing, but I never really had a problem with management too much. My only biggest issue was things falling apart and never really getting fixed on time and also the fact that before moving out I paid everything that I owed when the maintenance men came in and told me everything I needed to be done. And copleted the walk through. I paid all my maintenance fees, and they still turned around and charged me, and instead of billing me, they sent it straight to a credit collector. It’s very frustrating because I paid it before moving out plus last month’s rent and they also kept the deposit . I am currently disputing this to remove it off my credit now !

It's a decent place to live. There's a bad element everywhere. Mind your business & there's no huge problems. Maintenance takes a while sometimes to complete work orders.

I give a 4/5 just cause I am grateful to have a roof over my head and a place that I call home. Thankfully they have been dedicated to getting rid of the bad and destructive people, the front office has been great at keeping up with things and maintenance has been great at making it look nice outside and for fixing needs indoors as well! The reason why they are not a 5/5 is because there are people who ding dong ditch & bang on your door late at night and run away. Then cops show up but atleast they try to patrol it. For the most part, I feel they should put out cameras just for everyone's safety!

Honestly don't move here. I've had a carpenter ant infestation since I moved in. I have 16 month old that crawls on the floor and I have to be worried about the ants not biting him! Rose has been here 3 times which is worthless. The problem still persists

People CONSTANTLY playing loud music over subs all day and into the night, people fighting and yelling ALL THE TIME. EVERYONE IN THE WHOLE AREA CAN HEAR. would not recommend this as a place to live, especially if you have children. police have had to come several times
