River's Bend Apartments

There is a lot to unpack, so I will start with the positives. The apartment has in unit laundry and a balcony, although everything is very outdated. Maintenance usually responds and attends to work orders fairly quickly. That is about it. Before we even moved in, management gave us a move in date and then kept changing it, ultimately pushing it back three days past the original date. When setting up the electric bill, they made us call to remove the prior resident ourselves. Even the electric company refused to do so without management getting on the line. Within the first month of living here, multiple issues came up. Landlord uses the cheapest possible labor and materials. Apartments are outdated and extremely energy inefficient. You will end up paying twice what you should for heating and cooling because the windows and doors are so old and cheap. The walls are extremely thin. You will feel fatigue.

The leasing agents and maintenance are wonderful and very on top of everything. Requests get handled promptly and they truly do care. The complex is well taken care of and the neighbors are super friendly. The apartment itself is great and I am very happy here!

Worst place to live it is not like the pictures the leasing ladies are rude. The leasing agents were giving off a prejudice vibe which felt unwelcoming. You cannot have visitors or they will try to tow your car as soon as you park. They have paid parking but no assigned parking spot. Make that make sense. The leasing office is always empty. If someone is in there they are always on lunch. The pool is forever closed so is the Pool and so is the gym. There ARE NO AMENITIES! I can go on it’s been closed for 3 years !! The maintenance did not fulfill my work orders when I moved in and tried to charge me when I gave 60 day notice through email will the document they provided !
