My AC was not working well during the heat advisory. Help arrived very quickly after I put in a work request. Quan is very professional and friendly, he found the problem, fixed it and explained it all to me. He also showed me what to look for if I have this problem again.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and really love it. I chose these apartments because I'd be within walking distance of my grandson's house and feel I lucked out finding such a suitable apartment. Ownership has changed hands a few times and rent goes up just a little every year but not much. Best of all are the management and maintenance people, who have always been great. The current staff (Tracey in the main office and Quan in maintenance) are super helpful and responsive, plus so friendly. I haven't really had any major repair issues or needs but when I've requested assistance they reply and provide it right away.
