I’m so excited to live here!! I’ve never lived in an apartment that feels so homey. The views are SPECTACULAR! HELLO BIRD WATCHING!! It’s going to be my new hobby because it’s so cool - we’ve seen hawks and herons and owls! And we’ve also seen deer in the fields! You get a gorgeous sunrise and sunset view. No other buildings blocking the around the complex. If you have a dog this is a dog walkers dream! You can walk around the sports park or there’s a walking path all the way downtown. I’m new to Independence so it’s certainly not as lively as Portland but the downtown is so cute, easy parking, there still seems to be a lot of restaurants to try, and they seem to put on a lot of community events. Best service they came to fix the problem within 10 minutes and had it fix in another 10 minutes .really friendly and respectful maintenance technician.

I currently live here. I work night shifts and my upstairs neighbors blast music to the point our entire unit shakes and when I called the main office they refused to do anything about it after contacting about these neighbors multiple times. The maintenance man came in to fix a door that didn’t shut correctly then looked at it and told us he’s off in 5 minutes so we’d have to wait till the next week. I almost got evicted from my apartment for being falsely accused. I don’t recommend👎
