Riverpark

I've heard so many horror stories from people about goldmark but my experience and where I live has been nothing but amazing. Anytime I have any issues they have always had maintenance come an fix them right away. I think they truly care about their tenants. It was just recently my birthday and they had put a birthday card for me in my door. Never have I experienced such a personal effort in an apartment building before. I feel very at home here with my baby an very happy I decided to rent from them. Keep up the great work!

I would definitely not recommend this complex, or any Goldmark property. Worst management company I have had to deal with. They only care about getting their rent on time. When you call about a maintenance issue they act like it's a inconvenience. They never scrape the sidewalks in the winter or put salt down when there is a sheet of ice coveting the sidewalk.

Cockroaches. This place is invested with them. Would not recommend renting unless you want some unwanted roommates.

--- Upon moving in: - apartment had not been cleaned - nails and screws in the wall - window blinds in disrepair (this took three months to fix) - initial viewing was rushed and completely undocumented Upon leaving: - charged a $300 early termination fee, despite having a person lined up to take over the lease. After I pressed the issue a bit, they admitted that it was "a deterrent against leaving early" and that the money simply "goes to the company" (as opposed to mitigating loss of income). --- Some of their properties are in good locations, but think deeply before signing a lease with Riverpark/Goldmark. You are almost guaranteed to lose your deposit, and you'll be treated poorly as a tenant. On a positive note, the employees were professional when you could get them on the phon

Very poor communication. I've called and left several messages about my deposit and no one has gotten back to me. Been going on for about a month now. If someone from corporate see this could you please get ahold of me.
