Riverline

So far been here more than 2 years, love the location but cannot agree more on the new management. Very slow response and takes few weeks to get followed up. Hopefully my lease end could be a smooth process. Also fyi false fire alarm happens often at the worst times

I have been in the North End the last few years, but recently made the move to downtown Boise in the Riverline Apartments and it’s been amazing to be down here so close to everything!! The leasing agent Chelsey was beyond amazing - helping me secure my unit, parking, and getting me settled here. The building itself has been great: very functional, bright, new, great layout and came included with all the appliances which was a big plus!! I also like the fact that it is just off the core of downtown so it’s close to everything but not as busy or as noisy.

We were one of the first to move in and enjoy the quietness and our neighbors. No frills but that is fine. Daniel the maintenance tech is awesome. Always is attentive and so is the new member on his team. Do not see much of the property management and not sure what the big fancy office is for downstairs but no mind. Never see anyone there but once a month. As long as the coffee maker is clean and filled.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Riverline. It’s a nice new building and the staff are very responsive. It’s super centrally located, walkable and convenient to get anywhere quickly. I’d highly recommend it!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the leasing team at this apartment. Throughout the application process, I felt misled and confused. Each time I called with questions, I was given inconsistent information—what they said sounded reassuring at the time, but it didn’t match what actually happened later. It started to feel dishonest, like they were just saying whatever would keep me hanging. I never heard anything about my application after calling them 5 times and emailing them 5 times and ended up paying $30 application with no response at all.
