We just completed the closing of our home in NC and are in the process of moving in. Our experience with Pulte was great. From dealing with our Sales Agent, Mark Maxwell, and our Construction Manager, Justin Haywood, the process of buying and building our home and seeing the developments and updates of the construction were excellent. We feel that the house is beautifully designed but more important well constructed with so many modern and updated features. We are very pleased with the outcome and how the process developed.

We have been very pleased working with Kenneth Greenberg as our Sales Agent and Justin Haywood as our Project Manager! They communicated with us every step of the way and addressed all questions/concerns during the whole building process. I am very impressed with Justin explaining in detail how items on our private home inspection were addressed and fixed. Everything was completed very timely and addressed prior to closing! This team made being a first time home buyer very easy. Thank you again Justin and Kenny!

Our sales agent Sherri Collie and construction manager Michael Goushaw were so wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were professional and responsive to our needs for the home. They were trustworthy and showed integrity in the process. We love our beautiful new home!

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Our sales person (called herself Kap) was a liar. Said out back yard was up against a natural preserve land that couldn't be built on... we now have townhomes looking into our back yard. The quality of their construction is pathetic. They care more about getting the job done quick than quality. Our roof started leaking after the first mild wind/rainstorm. Be VERY careful when you decide to move into a home they build!!
