Riverland Woods

I've had a great experience living here, I selected this complex because of the several dogs trails available and people trails too. :-) I had a little girl silky terrier and there are play areas for small dogs, she would have loved, and play areas for large dogs too. Unfortunately she passed away the day before I moved in. Dispite my broken heart, it's been nice living here. I had an issue with the smoke detectors and it was fixed the same day, no problem. I have yet to hear anything from neighbors like cabinet doors, draws or running appliances that are usually heard, no loud music (which would have been fine!). The staff is gracious and professional and I highly recommend Riverland Woods Apartment Complex.

I came back to RW because they are second to none! Maintenance are very prompt and personal! Office staff second to none! Will recommend Riverland Woods to all those I know and especially the new comers from out of town! Foljs that do t know, I’ll go to for RW bar none! I have many friends on Jim Island and you’re the best! God Bless!

Sasha is absolutely amazing! From the minute I had my first tour she was so kind, welcoming, and was able to answer all of my questions. She completely sold me on Riverland Woods and it was such a great decision. Since signing my lease, she has checked in on me and helped me get settled. Sasha is the best!

Best apartments ever! Staff and maintenance are awesome. Thank you to Sasha, Katie, and Rae in the office for always being helpful. Austin, Larry, Brian, and Shawn are an unstoppable maintenance team. 😁

Listen, we thought we'd be here maybe 6 months..... That was in June of 2012. Lo, these many years later, same address, same apartment, same great customer service. It's home. We're not moving. If the dogs are happy, we're happy.
